General User Agreement
These Terms and Conditions establish the rules that apply when accessing, registering with, or using BIGWIN69 and its available gaming and betting services.

7. Betting Rules

9. Late Bets
Except for designated Live Betting markets, bets submitted after an event has already started may be declared invalid and the stake returned.
A wager may also be void if the outcome was already known when the wager was submitted.
Where a dispute concerns the official starting time of an event, BIGWIN69 may consider information from the relevant sporting organization or another recognized source.
10. Live Betting
Live markets may include a short processing delay before a wager is accepted.
Odds can change rapidly during live events. Where available, users may be given settings determining whether a wager should proceed when odds change during submission.
Information such as scores, statistics, timers, or live event updates may be displayed for convenience. Users should not assume that all live information is free from delays or errors.
11. Incorrect Odds and Technical Errors
BIGWIN69 may correct obvious technical, pricing, settlement, or data-entry errors.
Examples can include incorrect odds, misplaced decimal points, reversed odds, incorrect team ordering, incorrect handicaps or totals, and markets containing information that is clearly inconsistent with the intended event.

12. Cancelled and Returned Bets
Where a wager is declared a return or void, the applicable selection may be settled at odds of 1.00, meaning the qualifying stake is returned.
For accumulator, express, or system bets, the void selection may be treated as having odds of 1.00 while the remaining valid selections retain their applicable odds.
Specific sports or markets may have additional settlement rules.
13. Interrupted or Postponed Events
Settlement of interrupted, abandoned, postponed, relocated, or rescheduled events depends on the applicable sport and market rules.
Where an event does not satisfy the required conditions to be considered completed, affected bets may be refunded unless the relevant market had already been conclusively determined.
If an event is moved to another date or venue, BIGWIN69 may determine whether wagers remain valid or are returned according to the applicable sports rules.
14. Event Information and Results
BIGWIN69 may use official reports, governing-body information, event records, statistical information, and other appropriate sources when settling bets.
Information displayed through live feeds or similar information services is primarily provided for user convenience.
Minor spelling errors, translations, scheduling information, or other non-material display issues do not automatically invalidate a wager.
Where different sources report conflicting information, BIGWIN69 may determine settlement according to the source hierarchy and settlement rules applicable to the relevant market.
15. Sports-Specific Rules
Individual sports, competitions, markets, and bet types may be governed by additional rules.

16. Match-Fixing and Suspicious Activity

Related wagers may be cancelled if prohibited collusion or syndicate activity is established under the applicable rules.
18. Automated Betting and Bots
